Welcome to BASCULE. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom & Handmade Nature

Each BASCULE piece is individually designed and handcrafted. Variations in wood grain, metal finish, and detailing are part of the creative process and are considered features, not flaws.

2. Orders & Payment

All pieces are made to order. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to begin the design and production process.

3. Design Approval

For custom furnishings, final design sketches will be shared for client approval before production. Once approved, changes cannot be made without additional cost and revised timelines.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our work, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. If a piece arrives damaged in transit, please notify us immediately so we can arrange repair or replacement.

5. Timelines & Updates

We provide estimated production timelines and regular progress updates. As each piece is made by hand, timelines may shift. BASCULE is not liable for delays outside our control.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms will be agreed upon at the time of purchase. For select projects, BASCULE offers personal white-glove delivery. Otherwise, shipping is arranged with trusted carriers.

7. Intellectual Property

All BASCULE designs, drawings, and creative content remain the intellectual property of BASCULE. Clients may not reproduce or copy designs without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BASCULE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase. Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (if applicable) of the original purchase price.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
